All orders placed through our website are processed after successful payment confirmation and verification.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During festive seasons, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

Ayuronix currently delivers across most serviceable locations within India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

At present, we do not offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is generally:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 Business Days

  • Remote or Rural Locations: 5–10 Business Days

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, government restrictions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before payment.

From time to time, Ayuronix may offer free shipping promotions based on order value, selected products, or ongoing campaigns.

Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your shipment tracking details.

You can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of your delivery through our courier partner's tracking system.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the shipping address provided during checkout.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Incorrect contact information

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Refusal to accept the package

the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:

  • Complete Delivery Address

  • Landmark (if applicable)

  • Valid Mobile Number

  • Correct PIN Code

Ayuronix shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please inspect your package carefully at the time of delivery.

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, we recommend refusing delivery whenever possible and contacting our customer support immediately.

If you accept a damaged package, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing:

  • Your Order Number

  • Photographs of the package

  • Photographs of the damaged product

  • A brief description of the issue

This will help us investigate and assist you promptly.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier operational delays

Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address, multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient may be cancelled.

Any refund for such orders will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after deducting applicable shipping or handling charges, where permitted.
