Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic, wellness, and personal care products, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.
You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:

Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Products with broken safety seals.

Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

Items returned without original packaging.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Inspection and Approval
Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.
If the return request meets the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy, we will proceed with either:

A refund to the original payment method, as applicable.
Ayuronix reserves the right to reject return requests that do not comply with this policy.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be initiated after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days from the date of approval.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method after the necessary banking details have been verified.
Replacement Policy
If the received product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Ayuronix may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

A similar product of equal value, or

A full refund, at our discretion.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, tampered with, or contains the wrong product, please notify us immediately.
We recommend taking photographs of:

Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to:

A damaged or defective product.

A shipping error attributable to Ayuronix.
If the return is approved because of an error on our part, we will also bear the applicable return shipping cost.
Fraud Prevention
Ayuronix reserves the right to decline return or refund requests in cases involving:

Products intentionally damaged after delivery.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.
